CLIENT POLICIES

These policies exist to protect our players, families, and coaches, and to ensure ProPath Academy operates with clarity, professionalism, and consistency.

1. ENROLMENT, REGISTRATION & SESSION NOTIFICATION

  • All players must be registered before attending sessions.
  • Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received.
  • By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to all ProPath Academy policies.
  • If a player cannot attend a scheduled session, it is strongly requested that the founder of ProPath Academy is notified in advance. This ensures the team can manage sessions effectively and maintain a safe, structured environment.

2. FEES & PAYMENTS

  • Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of a program.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions cannot be credited or transferred.

3. CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER POLICY

  • Sessions may be cancelled due to extreme weather or safety concerns.
  • If a session is cancelled by ProPath Academy, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Weather and safety decisions are made with player welfare as the top priority.

4. PLAYER BEHAVIOUR & EXPECTATIONS

  • Players must show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and facilities at all times.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a session.
  • ProPath Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment if behaviour standards are repeatedly breached.

5. PARENT & GUARDIAN CONDUCT

  • Parents and guardians are expected to support a positive learning environment.
  • Coaching instructions during sessions should come solely from ProPath coaches.
  • Any concerns should be raised respectfully and privately.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY & MEDICAL

  • Parents must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to participation.
  • Players must not attend sessions if injured or unwell.
  • ProPath Academy will take reasonable care but accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during training.

7. UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT

  • Every player must wear the official ProPath Academy uniform for all sessions.
  • If a player does not wear the ProPath Academy uniform, they will not be permitted to train on that day.
  • Shin guards are strongly recommended.
  • Players are responsible for their own equipment.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • ProPath Academy may use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
  • If parents do not consent, written notice must be provided prior to participation.

9. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
  • Player information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. POLICY UPDATES

  • ProPath Academy reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians.

By enrolling in ProPath Academy programs, families acknowledge and agree to these policies.
